From the University of Sindh Prospectus 2026. Deductions are taken from your HSC marks to give the "adjusted marks" the university uses. LLB uses HEC’s LAT instead of the Pre-Entry Test (see below).

Sindh University Merit Formula (CPN): 10% + 30% + 60%

CPN = 0.10 × SSC % + 0.30 × HSC (adjusted) % + 0.60 × Pre-Entry Test %

Bachelor degree (adjusted)—50%30%
Pre-Entry Test / Aptitude test60%—60%

This is the weightage table in the University of Sindh Prospectus 2026, unchanged from 2025. If you don’t qualify the Pre-Entry Test, you aren’t considered for any discipline.

The Bachelor test is MCQ-based, drawn from HSC subjects: Commerce, English, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Physics, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies and General Knowledge. Fine Arts, Communication Design, Textile Design, Art History and Health & Physical Education also have an aptitude or physical test. The prospectus doesn’t say how the LAT score is weighted for LLB merit. Some calculators assume it replaces the 60% test share, so confirm with the Directorate of Admissions.

Because the two documents differ, aim for at least 40%, the figure in the latest (2027) advertisement.

How this page was checked. The weightage, test rules, deductions and campus details come from the University of Sindh Prospectus 2026. The 40% minimum, the 2027 schedule and the fee come from its Admissions 2027 advertisement. Both were read on 23 October 2026. We checked three other calculator pages. All use the same 10 / 30 / 60 split, but none mentions the 2027 advert’s 40% minimum or the 25-mark cap on deductions, and two assume LAT counts at 60% for LLB, which the prospectus doesn’t state.
