AIOU’s prospectuses give eligibility and selection rules but no weights for Matric, Intermediate or the test. Any “AIOU aggregate” elsewhere is not from AIOU. For ODL programmes, meeting the minimum is what matters.

Common AIOU Admission Mistakes
- Waiting for a merit list for ODL. Eligible ODL applicants are admitted if a group forms.
- Applying to BS CS without 50%. BS Computer Science (ODL) needs 50% in Intermediate.
- Skipping the face-to-face test. Campus BS programmes need the departmental test and/or interview.
- Missing the window. Autumn admission closes in early September.
